About the Role

Avyan Philippines is looking for a Client Service Director (CSD) to lead client relationships, integrated delivery, and revenue growth across our digital creative, social, media, martech, and applied AI capabilities.

Reporting directly to the CEO, Avyan Philippines, the CSD will serve as the primary champion of client satisfaction, account growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The Client Service Director will lead the Account Management team while overseeing Creative, Media, MarTech, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions for our existing clients.

What You'll Lead

• Client Success
  – Own client satisfaction, renewals, and relationship health across the portfolio.
• Account Growth & Revenue Realization
  – Drive upsell, cross-sell, scope expansion, and forecast accuracy.
• Integrated Delivery
  – Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence across all disciplines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  – Partner with Creative, Media, Martech, Strategy, and Operations to deliver cohesive, measurable outcomes.
• Operational Discipline
  – Strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and uphold delivery quality.
• Team Development
  – Mentor Account Managers and cross-functional leads; build a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving & Escalation
  – Serve as the first point of escalation for client issues and ensure timely resolution.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in client leadership within agencies, consulting, or digital marketing environments
• Experience managing enterprise clients and integrated campaigns
• Comfort working across
  creative, media, digital, CRM, and martech
  disciplines
• Ability to translate client goals into briefs, roadmaps, and measurable deliverables
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Experience working with APAC or global teams is a plus
