We're Hiring Practice Representative – Chiropractic Spine Specialty Clinic

Location: BGC, Bonifacio Stopover Building

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Preferred: 2+ Years in Marketing, Public Relations, or Healthcare Outreach

Are you a dynamic, outgoing professional with a passion for healthcare, marketing, and community engagement? Our fast-growing chiropractic spine specialty clinic is looking for a Practice Representative to lead and execute our outreach and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the clinic in the community and help grow a purpose-driven healthcare practice.

Position Overview:

The Practice Representative is responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution, and oversight of all external marketing, public relations, and community outreach activities. This person will be a critical liaison between our clinic and the broader community—building relationships, managing events, and promoting our mission of healing and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee all marketing and public relations activities, including the use of Integrity Management's Client Connection Page and approved marketing materials
  • Submit marketing/public relations budget for Supervisor approval

  • Execute all marketing and PR campaigns, which may include:

  • Staff preparation for mailings and outreach

  • Spinal screenings and healthcare classes
  • Networking with local businesses and community groups
  • Coordinating philanthropic initiatives and fundraising events
  • Organizing and managing community and in-clinic marketing events
  • Conducting and facilitating focus groups
  • Building referral relationships with medical doctors and healthcare providers
  • Organize and attend local health fairs and similar outreach events
  • Attend staff meetings, strategic planning sessions, and Integrity Management seminars
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, healthcare outreach, or community engagement
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
  • High level of organization, creativity, and initiative
  • Experience coordinating events and managing marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to represent the clinic professionally in the community
  • A passion for health, wellness, and making a difference
