Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work full time onsite (BGC, Taguig City).

Job Description

  • Perform functional and non-functional testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Design, develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
  • Conduct issue and defect tracking, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and communication of bugs to the development team.
  • Reproduce, validate, and troubleshoot issues reported by clients or internal users to support quick resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to test process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Prepare and assist in creating reports, metrics, and presentations that summarize test results and product quality status.
  • Mentor Junior QA team members and share knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Represent and uphold the company's core values in all professional interactions and decision-making.
