Works closely with management and employee representatives to address concerns, implement new policies, and support a stable, collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer HR policies and processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Handle day-to-day labor relations matters, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws and company policy.

Support collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration and assist in negotiations or consultations with union representatives.

Advise leaders on labor law compliance and employee relations best practices.

Maintain accurate records of employee cases, CBA provisions, and labor-related documentation.

Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote transparency and trust post-transition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to labor relations in an industrial or energy sector setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and dispute resolution processes.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
