Job Summary:

We are looking for a college graduate, preferably with a background in the medical field, who is amenable to working on a night shift schedule in BGC. The ideal candidate has experience in the medical or healthcare-related industry, such as inBPO companies handling healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently use Patient Observation Software to monitor patients remotely.
  • Continuously observe patients visually, provide verbal redirection via a two-way device, and immediately alert nursing staff when necessary.
  • Participate in shift hand-offs by sharing relevant patient information and behaviors.
  • Offer clear explanations to patients without engaging in counseling or decision-making.
  • Promptly escalate situations when a patient poses a threat to themselves or others.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to standard work practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR and observation systems.
  • Record hourly patient activity and monitor service calls for any system or equipment issues.
Qualifications / Must-Haves:
  • College graduate (preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field).
  • Previous customer service or patient-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift in BGC.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or remote environments.
  • Prior experience in a medical-related role or BPO healthcare account is highly preferred.
