DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for aiding the department head in organizing meetings, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements and similar responsibilities.
  • Will act as liaison between the department head, employees and external parties.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, or events when necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special arrangements as directed by the executive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Needs to be someone who is proficient in Mandarin (knows how to read, write and speak)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and work proactively.
  • Has a cheerful and jolly personality.
  • Must be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge in E-commerce is an advantage.
  • Must be open to work ONSITE in Quezon City.
