Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Staff to support our project manager in documentation and coordination of projects' requirements.

Key Responsibility:

  • Track project progress in coordination with project managers and update documentation accordingly
  • schedule meetings, and take minutes
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and team members
  • Help prepare / print / bind project-related materials and high-level documents as authorized.
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Maintain and organize project files, documents, and records
  • Follow up on tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely completion
  • Support risk management, quality control, and issue resolution processes
  • Perform administrative duties as needed to support project teams

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience in a project support or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
