JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To deliver annual sales of a certain amount and number of units in accordance to the Branch's sales plan & project.
  • To ensure collection efficiency 100%. To monitor and update customer's schedule of payments. To ensure that collection targets are met.
  • To acquire adequate and up-to-date product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • To execute, implement & measure sales and marketing strategies & tactics.
  • To develop, maintain, review, and expand customer base, and to come up with customer's records/profiles and ensure that customer data are maintained and updated regularly.
  • To plan, execute, and review a systematic frequency of customer calls and visitations, and to establish good customer service relationships by giving prompt and sincere attention to their needs and requirements. Ensure that customers and customer-related issues are handled with utmost courtesy.
  • To ensure that standard sales operating systems, policies and procedures on sales booking or reservations, credit terms if applicable, delivery schedules, discounts, collections, and service warranty are consistently complied with. Ensure that these are well communicated to customers.
  • To gather pertinent marketing information and provide feedback to management.
  • To build and maintain customer relations through effective and efficient customer service.
  • To ensure that customer-related issues and feedback, whether positive or negative are properly and promptly addressed.
  • To submit sales, competitor, and other admin requirements, and ensure that it is complete and on a timely basis.
  • To ensure the accuracy of product and documentary details before it is released to the customers.
  • To do related functions that the immediate superior may assign from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

  • a candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • computer proficient, good oral and written communication skills.
  • experience in the same position is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • willing to be assigned on our Sobida- Calamba, Laguna Branch.
  • willing to do fieldwork.
  • basic salary + commission + incentives and other benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php18,127.92 per month
