We are looking for dynamic and driven
Area Sales Manager
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling either
dermatological (hair and skincare)
or
medical device and injectable
products to healthcare professionals in the Philippines.

Based in
Metro Manila
, the ideal candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion
    :

North GMA
: Focus on hair and skincare products

Central GMA
: Focus on medical device and injectable products

  • Client Relationship Management
    : Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Sales Target Achievement
    : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
  • Market Research & Strategy
    : Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
  • Product Training & Education
    : Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    : Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years
    of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales:

-North GMA role
: Preferably with experience in dermatological or skincare products

-Central GMA role
: Preferably with experience in medical device and injectable products

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Must have a
    valid driver's license
    .
  • Assigned territories either
    North GMA
    or
    Central GMA (depending on the role)
