The Customer Service Representative will provide first line customer service and escalation through telephone, e-mails, chat as raised by the clients. Provide reports, analysis and recommendations on how to resolve the issues received and handled by the team.

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service requests/problems.
  • Requires general knowledge of company, products and/or services and multiple system applications.
  • Establishes and maintains very good customer assistance for superb customer satisfaction.
  • Completes all duties with minimal supervision; self-directed and self-sufficient.
  • Probes for customer interest and needs as well as record information in appropriate computerized system.
  • Handles customer's problems arising from various products supported.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of Customer's information without exception.
  • Meets and maintains established department goals.
  • Communicates in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
  • Takes responsibility for follow up to ensure customer needs and expectations are satisfied.
  • Communicates with Team Leader, team members and other teams regarding problems, solutions and trends and communicates with co-workers to research problems and find solutions.
  • Ensures proper use and maintenance of both hardware and software used in performing the job.
  • Ensures that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Team Leaders, Operations Manager and/or Operations Supervisor.
  • Any other task/duties as assigned.
