Salary: ₱13,000 to ₱20,000 (Based on qualifications and assigned account)

Job Description:

Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions is urgently looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in General Santos City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and support across various accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School graduate
  • Basic computer skills (typing, navigation, and online tools)
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to work full-time and onsite
  • Can start immediately
