What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls in English and/or the required native language based on account needs, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Promote interest in the company's products and services.
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality customer support.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to evolving business requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong reading and writing proficiency in English.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone.
  • Assertive, persuasive, and enthusiastic with a passion for influencing and helping others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and to support across multiple contact channels (phone, chat, email, social media).
