Customer Service Representative Role Responsibilities:

Call/Scheduling Department representative's primary duty and responsibility is to ensure we obtain subpoenaed records by the due date and to build and maintain a great professional relationship with custodian of records. Duties Include:

  • Assisting custodians with scheduling appointments, questions and concerns regarding the release of records.
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls
  • Verifying data on initial call
  • Follow-up on requests
  • Routing work
  • Create letters, save and mail to custodian
  • Obtain the correct records
  • Update orders with clear detailed notes
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Tenacious and self-motivated
  • Proficient typing skills and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in a call center or BPO environment
  • Knowledge of worker's compensation is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
