Online Services Support Specialist assist members with their online transactions, including memebrship applications and withdrawals, share capital build-up, deposits, loan payments, insurance enrollment and claims, and account inquiries. The Online Services Support Specialist ensures that all online services are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal control measures and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and online processing systems.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledgeable in GCash transactions and digital payment processing.
