Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech‑savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach in all interactions. A strong working knowledge of HubSpot is essential, as the role involves managing customer interactions, tracking leads, and supporting engagement activities within the platform. Job Responsibilities Proactively reach out to users via phone calls, emails, and SMS based on workflows built in HubSpot. Hands‑on experience managing and using HubSpot CRM. Engage users who paused or did not complete onboarding/quiz steps to re‑initiate their journey. Respond promptly to users who request assistance or have product‑related questions. Follow pre‑defined scripts and maintain accurate product knowledge (scripts will be collaboratively developed with Vivoro). Support conversion efforts by helping customers understand offerings and encouraging purchases. Perform CRM‑related tasks such as logging conversations, updating customer records, and tracking engagement. Provide operational support linked to customer engagement, as needed. Preferred Experience Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or customer conversion roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in handling live conversations and adapting to different customer scenarios. Ability to follow structured workflows and scripts while maintaining a natural and personable tone. Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM and workflow systems. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven in a remote work environment.
