Your Role: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will: Client Record Creation: Use daily reports provided by our team to create and update client records in our system. Invoice Accuracy: Ensure all invoice data is entered correctly and reconciled with client records. Accuracy is paramount. Email Management: Perform follow-up tasks such as dragging and dropping emails into designated folders or systems. Document Handling: Assist with basic document creation and formatting as needed. Data Cleanup: Conduct general data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and consistency. Daily Reporting: Submit a daily activity summary outlining completed tasks and any issues encountered. Quality Assurance: Understand that all work will be subject to quality checks and must meet predefined standards. What You Need: Non-negotiables Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles (outsourcing experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic document editing tools. Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily deadlines. Good written communication skills for reporting.
