We're looking for a professional who is highly organized, intelligent, and eager to grow with us long-term. You'll be part of our sales and client engagement team, playing a key role in building lasting relationships with customers through both written content (blogs, messages, emails) and live conversations (calls and meetings).

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish (native level), radiates positive energy, and enjoys helping others with kindness and generosity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via calls, emails, and chats with warmth and professionalism
  • Write clear, engaging, and error-free content for blogs, messages, and client communications
  • Manage and track leads and sales processes using CRM tools (such as )
  • Build genuine rapport with clients, turning interactions into long-term relationships
  • Think creatively to find new ways to connect with clients and improve communication strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Ensure reliable internet connection and power supply to maintain consistent call center performance

Qualifications

  • Candidate with a passion for communication, learning, and personal growth
  • Bilingual: Native-level fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, messages, and professional correspondence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability over calls and video meetings
  • Experience with CRM platforms (especially ) is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Positive, proactive, and creative thinker who can adapt to new challenges
  • Must have stable internet and power supply to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php350.00 per hour
