Location: Binondo, Manila

Responsibilities:

  • See Ahead: Anticipate future demands during peak service times, ensuring all stations are proactively prepped, stocked, and ready to prevent delays.
  • Intentional Cooking: Strictly follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and precise portion control.
  • Lifelong Learners: Actively apply and seek knowledge on Food Safety and sanitation standards to maintain a pristine, professional kitchen.
  • Effective Communicators: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team, clearly communicating needs and listening actively to instructions from the Head Chef, especially when under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have prior kitchen experience, either in a professional culinary setting or through a relevant academic program.
  • Minimum Experience Duration: Requires a minimum of 6-12 months of kitchen experience in either a professional culinary environment or through formal academic training.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work 6 days a week and be flexible with a shifting schedule (mornings, afternoons, holidays).
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to follow established recipes precisely.
  • Strong working knowledge of Food Safety.
  • Mindset (Maaruga & Effective Communicators): Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful attitude in a high-pressure environment.
