DINING SALES STAFF (FOH)
About the role
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Dining Sales Staff to join the team at Manduca Foods Corporation's retail location in The Center of Metro Manila - One Ayala, Makati and BGC, Taguig. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to providing an excellence service dining experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with menu selections, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Assist with cash handling and processing customer payments
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues and working collaboratively
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
LINE COOK (BOH)
About the role
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes at an assigned kitchen station. This role ensures proper food preparation, recipe compliance, station cleanliness, and inventory management to support daily kitchen operations.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for service.
- Conduct daily inventory and report stock needs for the station.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
