About the role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Dining Sales Staff to join the team at Manduca Foods Corporation's retail location in The Center of Metro Manila - One Ayala, Makati and BGC, Taguig. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to providing an excellence service dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with menu selections, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
  3. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
  5. Assist with cash handling and processing customer payments
  6. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues and working collaboratively
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

LINE COOK (BOH)

About the role

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes at an assigned kitchen station. This role ensures proper food preparation, recipe compliance, station cleanliness, and inventory management to support daily kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portioning.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
  3. Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for service.
  4. Conduct daily inventory and report stock needs for the station.
  5. Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
  6. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and consistency.
