About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our growing team and help drive operational excellence across our global coffee trading platform. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex logistics challenges, and is passionate about making global trade more efficient and transparent.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and process coffee trades and contracts, ensuring accurate execution across global origins and destinations.
  • Track logistics milestones (FOB, shipment, arrival, delivery) and update internal systems to reflect real-time status.
  • Manage documentation workflows including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Lead onboarding of new producers, exporters, and roasters, including KYC verification and account setup.
  • Reconcile transaction and payment data across multiple internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate operational performance reports and support internal analytics to improve platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain and refine internal process documentation to uphold operational standards.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or marketplace support, preferably in commodities or agriculture.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Zoho or any CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • A genuine interest in coffee, agriculture, or supply chain technology.
  • Ability to speak Vietnamese is a strong plus.
