HIRING: BRG Senior Specialist (People Manager)

Work Setup: Hybrid (50% Onsite, 50% WFH) – Once-a-week return to office

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BRG Senior Specialist (People Manager) to join our dynamic team. The role involves leading service performance reporting and analytics initiatives while managing a team that supports data-driven business decisions. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive insights through data analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of specialists focused on service performance reporting and analytics.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee database management, SQL-based reporting, and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely data insights.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Service Performance Reporting and Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analytics, and use of Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dashboard Creation, Database Management, SQL, and other automation tools.
  • Proven experience in people management with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or shared services environment preferred.
