Research Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:
1.Build multi-region user recruitment channels and networks capable of covering various user types.
2.Establish processes and rules for user contact, ensuring compliance, including outreach, recruitment, maintenance, and operations.
3.Execute user recruitment requests from the business side, completing various types of user recruitment tasks.
4.Establish a pool of external vendor resources covering multiple regions to meet research needs in other areas.
5.Set up offline user testing environments that meet testing laboratory standards.
Requirement:
1.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in user recruitment, familiar with the characteristics of different channels.
2.Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication skills.
3.Experience with and interest in gambling, with a commitment to long-term career development in the industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
