As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting vendor contracts which includes changes and modifications to any vendor contracts. In this role, you will ensure that the vendor contracts are executed in an efficient, timely manner while providing high quality support to Google stakeholders. In this role, you will also respond to drafting requests from stakeholders such as vendor managers, operational support teams, and legal as needed.

*Position Responsibilities*

  • Draft and edit vendor contracts as needed based on stakeholder feedback
  • Respond to requests from internal business and legal stakeholders in accordance to set standards
  • Highlight risk and potential issues on contract requirements and recommend steps to reduce contract risks.
  • Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the contract lifecycle, which includes the diligent tracking and expediting of contributions from various teams to guarantee the timely fulfillment of Google and vendor obligations.
  • Administer contracts through Google contracting systems
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives through specialized projects, encompassing detailed contract analysis, compliance auditing, and reporting.
  • Support on contract management and administration related tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in contracts administration, contracts management and or related legal fields.
  • Experience working with vendor contracts, including reviewing, drafting and amending standard templates.
