Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content calendars, create engaging content (collaborate with content creators) and analyze performance metrics. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated emails. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies. Website Management: Track and analyze website traffic. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Budget Management: Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets. Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Must be willing to work in Quezon City. Able to effectively and timely perform tasks with minimal supervision. Good communication skills (oral and written). Note: This is an Onsite based.
