About the role

Mitsukoshi Federal Retail, Inc.' is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimising our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various online channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines and other digital platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels to increase follower growth and engagement
  • Perform keyword research and optimise website content and metadata to improve organic search visibility
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts
  • Support the implementation of email marketing, display advertising and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure digital activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, search engine optimisation and digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
