Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector preferred. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and content marketing strategies. Experience with healthcare marketing compliance and professional data privacy best practices. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Proven track record of managing successful healthcare campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools. Experience in B2B and B2C healthcare marketing targeting professionals (Doctors, Nurses). Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment. Ability to build thought leadership campaigns that resonate with medical professionals. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation. Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex healthcare information into engaging campaigns. What will you do? We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in targeting medical professionals in Australia. This role will focus on building brand visibility for our healthcare consulting firm, engaging doctors and specialists through data‑driven campaigns, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies to reach Australian doctors, specialists, and healthcare decision-makers. Manage paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and medical/professional platforms. Create compelling content (articles, white papers, webinars, newsletters) that aligns with the interests and challenges of healthcare professionals. Leverage SEO and SEM to ensure our consulting services are discoverable by doctors researching industry solutions. Optimize email marketing campaigns for engagement and lead generation while maintaining compliance with Australian privacy laws. Use analytics to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for higher ROI. Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare consulting services into clear, professional messaging.
