Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions
- Meet performance metrics including response time and service quality
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (any course welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and multitasking
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome; training provided
