QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM / IMS COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Over-all Internal Quality Auditor (ISO/IMS). Maintains and monitors the Audit proceeding files and reports.
  • Conducts Internal Quality Audit, Records, and Safety audits of all offices. Prepares and submits reports to management.
  • Assist in the implementation of company Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plan, and Risk Management.
  • Monitors Risk Management Register and Business Continuity Plan initiatives. Evaluates its effectiveness. Maintain hard and soft copies of BCP.
  • Ensures that processes needed for the effective implementation of the QMS are established according to its elements, is implemented properly and reviewed regularly.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Lead initiatives to promote sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
  • Monitor and report on the company's ESG performance and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement programs that reduce environmental impact and improve social responsibility.
  • Ensure ESG objectives are integrated into company strategies and operations.
  • Prepare ESG disclosures and reports for management, regulators, and external stakeholders.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), labor laws, and company safety policies.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of workplace areas, equipment, and processes.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
  • Lead the development and updating of risk assessments and job safety analyses.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
  • Prepare and submit reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and conduct safety orientations, drills, and training sessions for employees.
  • Formulate and implement emergency response plans (fire, earthquake, medical emergencies, etc.).
  • Submit required safety documents to regulatory bodies (e.g., DOLE).
  • Act as liaison between management, employees, and government agencies regarding safety matters.
  • Recommend improvements to workplace design, policies, and practices.
  • Keep updated with the latest safety standards, laws, and best practices.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance or occupational health and safety management, preferably in the logistics and Manufacturing company operating in PEZA Zone.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Information Technology, or other related fields.
  • Must be a certified BOSH Safety Officer 1 and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
  • Exposure to data privacy compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning.
  • Experience coordinating with DOLE, DENR, NPC, and other regulatory bodies.
