Supervise accurate payroll and manage attendance records in coordination with finance and HR teams. Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspections, compliance records, and audit materials. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with relevant regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and safety standards. Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers. Support internal and external audits and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. Organize employee events and engagement activities to support a healthy and positive plant culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 4-6 years experience in plant administration, operations, or compliance within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and industrial regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving administrative efficiency. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision‑making abilities. Skilled in the use of Planning systems, compliance software, and MS Office tools.
