Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our team. The QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards through regular inspections, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Inspection & Testing:

*Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.

*Perform quality tests using tools, instruments, and software.

*Compare products against specifications and standards.

  1. Documentation & Reporting:

*Record inspection results and maintain accurate logs.

*Report defects, non-conformities, and deviations.

*Prepare and submit quality reports to supervisors or management.

  1. Process Monitoring:

*Monitor production processes to ensure quality compliance.

*Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.

  1. Compliance & Standards:

*Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP), and customer expectations.

*Stay updated on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

  1. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action:

*Investigate causes of product defects or failures.

*Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  1. Training & Support:

*Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.

*Support audits and quality reviews.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

*1+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role (industry-specific preferred).

*Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

*Proficient in using inspection tools and measurement instruments.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
