Role Description

The Business Development Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of initiatives that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for Thunderbird Resorts and Casinos. This role is instrumental in coordinating market research, proposal development, project documentation, and interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Strategic Initiatives

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and feasibility studies for new and existing projects, including hospitality, gaming, and entertainment ventures.

  • Market Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer insights gathering, and trend analysis to help identify opportunities for revenue and guest experience enhancement.

  • Partnership & Proposal Coordination

Coordinate the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners, investors, or government stakeholders.

  • Project Management Support

Monitor timelines, deliverables, and documentation for ongoing business development projects. Coordinate with various departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment.

  • Data Management

Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, agreements, and business leads. Prepare regular reports for executive review.

  • Administrative Assistance

Support the AVP in scheduling meetings, preparing briefing notes, and coordinating with external consultants or stakeholders when necessary.
