As an Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in daily accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial processes within the company. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, analytical, and committed to learning and developing in the field of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording and updating financial transactions
  • Prepare and organize accounting documents and reports
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Support payroll processing and other finance-related tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (advantage but not required for entry-level)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision
