Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Associate located in Muntinlupa City. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare and issue checks for supplier payments and other company expenses
  • Handle the computation and timely payment of government taxes (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely release of employee salaries and statutory deductions
  • Maintain and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with local government offices for permits, licenses, and other compliance requirements
  • Assist in general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of all accounting-related documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • Preferably with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures, payroll processing, and government tax compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
