  • Follows the store and mall admin house rules
  • Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver maximum customer service by following the service protocols
  • Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and dispatching area
  • Communicates with guest and receive feedbacks, and handles guest comments and minor complaints
  • Basic Dining Management KRA (Scheduling, Training, Payroll and Update of Plantilla)
  • Ensures proper filling of reports (Sales Reports, Memos, Delivery ORs, Order Slip etc.) and records documents for Transmittal
  • Ensures that proper cashier turnover of cash and sales are deposited to the bank as soon as possible
  • Stay on floor during peak times and ensure proper positioning and break time of TMs and cooks
  • Performs other duties as required by his superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
