Data Center Shift Supervisor – Lead, Monitor, and Ensure Seamless Operations

Step into a pivotal role where you'll lead the heartbeat of our data center operations As a Data Center Shift Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our critical systems run smoothly and securely 24/7. You'll oversee the shift team, monitor operational programs, manage backups, and supervise net settlement processes to minimize risk exposure and guarantee uninterrupted service for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as Shift Lead, taking full ownership of your shift's data center operations, including monitoring critical systems, managing job schedules, and ensuring service uptime.
  • Monitor online services and critical resources to ensure continuous availability.
  • Implement and manage job scheduling, output processes, and backup procedures.
  • Supervise and guide the data center team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify improvements and optimize workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any computer-related course.
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Data Center Operator/Specialist, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of AIX/Unix systems, basic networking, Microsoft Office, and relational databases is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead effectively.
  • Flexible and willing to work on a shift schedule.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts is required.
