Job Description

  • Monitoring of empty container
  • Monitoring of truck movement
  • Ensure that point-to-point details of deliveries is encoded properly in the monitoring report.
  • Attend to clients' emails concerning deliveries
  • Monitoring of all client's deliveries from port to destination.
  • Follow up on trucker's update status of deliveries and put into consolidation report.
  • Make some turnover reports verbally and email them to the next on duty.
  • Ensure receive all phone calls from drivers at any hour in the day
  • Requesting pre-advise
  • Tabs Booking
  • Report all accidents/ incidents or any unusual circumstances during in/out of duties through SMS/calls and email to Superior with hard copy reports
  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
