Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - QA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The Quality Support will assist the day-to-day activities of the Quality Department e.g. work with colleagues across the organization in meeting their needs and expectations without delay; report quality non-compliance andrecommend improvement; assist in creating and updating quality documented information; prepare/monitor/update/conduct internal audit.

  • Responsible for updating internal forms, table of organization, process flow, dept. KPI, and others;
  • Collaborate with reporting superior to ensure that queries/requests from other departments are attended promptly;
  • Contribute to the quality improvement plans and support the team in the management of the quality management system across the organization;

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, communication Experience:
