We're looking for a Junior Account Manager for an esports events organizing company.

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting client relationship management and ensuring smooth project execution after a client has been onboarded. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project deliverables, assisting with invoicing and collections, and helping maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. The Junior Account Manager works closely with the Account Manager and Business Development team to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client accounts after turnover from the Business Development team.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project proposals, activation plans, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, and technical) to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and help ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and help identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Support the invoicing process, including monitoring billing and collections.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring clear communication.
  • Prepare status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes (invoicing and collections).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite reporting
  • Monday to Friday, following a compressed workweek setup.
  • Employees may start as early as 7:00AM to 5:00PM; or as late as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary
  • HMO
  • Leave Credits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
