LIVAN TRADE CORPORATION - a Utility Construction Industry Pioneering Firm in TELECOM, WATER & EQUIPMENT Installation with Various Projects in Line with Open Trench, Drilling, Fiber Optic Installation, Underground Facilities and Utility Project - is in Need of :

ACCOUNTING MANAGER, CPA.

Qualifications :

· Bachelors Degree in Accountancy

. Certified Public Accountant.

· Active CPA license with current registration in the Philippines required. Must be in good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Experience with Construction Accounting Practices including Project Costing, Progress Billing, Retention Accounting & Contract Revenue Recognition Preferred.

· Minimum of 3 Years of Professional Experience in Financial & Accounting Management, preferably gained from Construction Industry, Telecom or Water Utilities - an Advantage.

· Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements. Experience with tax compliance, VAT reporting, and statutory financial reporting.

· Strong Analytical, Leadership & Problem - Solving Skills.

· Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience, managing accounting staff of 3-5 people. Proven track record of mentoring junior accountants and managing departmental workflows.

· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.

· Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines. Philippine citizenship or valid work permit required.

· Strong Planning & Project Management with Business Requirements.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
