Junior System & Network Administrator (Full Onsite)

Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior System & Network Administrator na tutulong sa pagset-up and manage ng servers, user accounts, Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, One Drive, etc. ), at office network.

Mainly systems administration ang focus, pero may halong network support din. Perfect to kung gusto mo mag-grow on both areas and matuto pa ng mas advanced setups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Systems Administration (Main Focus)

  • Install servers from scratch
  • Perform regular system updates, back ups, patching and security checks
  • Manage and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, at Microsoft 365
  • Create Group Policy Object (GPO) from scratch
  • Update and manage group policies
  • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, One Drive, etc. )

II. Network Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Set-up and troubleshoot VLANs
  • Set-up and troubleshoot VPNs
  • Create firewall policies from scratch
  • Manage existing firewall policies
  • Set up and troubleshoot Ubiquiti and Unifi switches and Access Points
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network / internet issues and escalate when needed
  • Follow and help maintain network security best practices

III. IT Support and Asset Management

  • Provide user support for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment (Network printers, Scanners and wireless Multi-function Printers or MFPs)
  • Keep IT asset records updated and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repairs or replacements.
  • Support set-up and maintenance of CCTV and other IT devices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in systems administration
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in network administration or network support
  • Strong 3 to 5 year experience in IT support
  • Strong experience in installing or deploying servers from scratch
  • Strong experience in managing Windows Servers
  • Strong experience in creating new user account in Active Directory
  • Strong experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory
  • Strong experience in administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, One Drive, etc. )
  • Strong troubleshooting and set-up experience in VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and Ubiquiti/UniFi devices
  • With experience providing support to executives, higher management or VIP clients
  • With strong communication and organization skills
  • Willing to work full onsite in San Juan, Manila
  • Can start ASAP
