About the role
Join RTC Prime Inc' as an Account Executive and take on a pivotal role in driving business growth and client relationships in The Philippines. This is a full-time position that will see you working closely with our sales team to identify and nurture new opportunities, while also managing and expanding our existing client accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospect and identify new sales leads, building a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to both new and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and new product/service developments
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in an account management or sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and the drive to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Familiarity with Account & Relationship Management principles and best practices
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
