About the role

Stratuscast Phils. Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within a leading advertising and media agency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and requirements
  2. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet client goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery
  4. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients
  5. Identify new opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive business growth
  6. Collaborate with the creative and media teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions
  7. Proactively address client concerns and act as a trusted advisor, championing their interests

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client servicing role within the advertising, marketing or media industry
  2. Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  4. Proven project management capabilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations
  6. Adaptability and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
