Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive | New Business Sales, located in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating sales, managing accounts onboarding, building and maintaining partner and client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching healthcare solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with intermediaries and internal teams to develop and deliver tailored healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Acquisition and Account onboarding
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft suite, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
