Role Overview
The General Virtual Assistant will handle administrative, operational, and communication tasks to help streamline workflows across the company. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to Operations, Leasing, and Asset Management teams
- Prepare reports, organize files, maintain trackers, and update internal records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups
- Assist with email communication, inquiries, and information gathering
- Prepare property management documentation when needed (tenant notices, vendor correspondence, updates to spreadsheets)
- Support vendor coordination, purchase orders, and tracking of materials or invoices
- Organize and maintain digital files through SharePoint or similar platforms
- Help maintain accurate data inside company systems and CRMs
- Perform research, compile information, and generate summaries for management
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support overall company operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow structured workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with property management tools is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

- Must have stable internet, a reliable computer, and a quiet work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php170.00 per hour
