Job Description:

  • Account opening and modification, manage client account setup and updates per guidelines.
  • Processing of client requests, handle and execute client instructions accurately and on time.
  • Trade and settlement processing, such process trades and ensure timely, accurate settlement.
  • Prepare and verify documents for accounts and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, work with teams and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to work under deadline or time pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills and escalation judgement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process-oriented and able to follow guidelines
  • High proficiency of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup)
  • Good understanding of Financial instruments, knowledge of trade lifecycle and processes (clearing, settlements, reconciliation, corporate actions) a clear advantage

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial Management preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations or settlement role in a financial institution preferred
