Operations Support Specialist Cryoport Systems , now part of DHL Supply Chain, has been dedicated to finding solutions for the transport of time‑ and temperature‑sensitive products in the life science and healthcare industries for more than 25 years. Job Location: Manila, Philippines Overall Mission: The Operations Support Specialist provides essential support to the Program Manager by ensuring smooth execution of operational processes within the Global Control Tower. Focuses on track and trace activities, vendor coordination, and account management support to maintain service reliability and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Track & trace execution – monitor shipments, update systems, and proactively communicate delays to ensure service reliability. Vendor coordination – maintain communication, ensure compliance, and elevate issues. Account support – respond to customer inquiries, prepare documentation, and aid the Program Manager in sustaining client relationships. Data accuracy & reporting – enter data timely, generate reports, and support performance tracking. Issue resolution – investigate and resolve operational discrepancies through coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Documentation management – maintain accurate records, contracts, and operational documentation for audit readiness. Collaboration – work with the Program Manager and cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows. Continuous improvement – identify recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and assist implementation. Customer communication support – provide proactive updates on shipment status and resolutions. KPI monitoring – assist in monitoring KPIs such as on‑time delivery, service levels, and exception handling. Organizational Position Manager: Program Manager Direct Reports: Program Assistants (if applicable) Interface Internal: Operations Team, Operational Excellence, Finance, Control Tower Manager, IT External: Clients, Local Vendors of Global Control Tower accounts Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1–3 years in logistics operations, track & trace, vendor coordination, or customer account support. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms. Strong data accuracy, reporting, and communication skills. Organizational, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities. Adaptability to dynamic supply‑chain environments. Language Fluent in English (additional foreign language a plus). Interpersonal Skills Effective communication, customer service orientation, collaboration. Relationship building, problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, attention to detail, professionalism.
