SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing corporate, group, and travel trade accounts. He/She builds strong client relationships, achieves sales targets, and promotes the hotel's rooms, events, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Identify and secure new corporate, group, and MICE accounts.
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Work closely with Operations and Revenue teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in hotel sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in hotel markets (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, OTA).
  • Willing to work in a pre-opening Hotel.
  • Willing to work in Paranque
