What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corrugated POSM, retail displays, and packaging solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, marketeers, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide consultative sales by understanding client objectives and translating them into impactful POSM strategies.
  • Conduct effective prospecting through calls and walk-ins to secure presentation meetings with clients to communicate value effectively.
  • Drive sales growth, account profitability, and long-term client partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tagalog.
  • At least 1–2 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in advertising, or POSM related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Energetic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new client pipelines.
