Job Summary

The Group People Manager will handle the day-to-day HR Operations and ensure the effective delivery of HR Services across the organization, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the organization.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain key resources.
  • Administer employee relations programs and address grievances.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Implement performance management systems.
  • Enhance human capital development policies and ensure that they are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR reporting.
  • Support training and development programs in coordination with Senior Group People Manager.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Actively participate in certifications and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a people-management role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work set up:

  • Hybrid set-up
  • 8:30am-5:30PM Monday to Friday
  • Office is located in Makati City
