Job Summary
The Group People Manager will handle the day-to-day HR Operations and ensure the effective delivery of HR Services across the organization, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the organization.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain key resources.
- Administer employee relations programs and address grievances.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Implement performance management systems.
- Enhance human capital development policies and ensure that they are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR reporting.
- Support training and development programs in coordination with Senior Group People Manager.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Actively participate in certifications and compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a people-management role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work set up:
- Hybrid set-up
- 8:30am-5:30PM Monday to Friday
- Office is located in Makati City
