Job Summary:

As our Order Fulfillment Assistant, your main responsibility is to prepare all outgoing orders for dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify all orders for Cebu daily and sort them according to their delivery area.
  • Prepare and organize orders before collection by the in-house delivery rider.
  • Attach hologram stickers to all SKUs before releasing them for delivery.
  • Conduct a daily inventory count of all SKUs, recording the number of items released per date.
  • Coordinate with the Manila onsite team regarding operations, delivery schedules, and order updates.
  • Perform pick and pack tasks when needed, ensuring products are securely packed with bubble wrap or other protective materials.
  • Ensure all parcels are clearly labeled, properly sealed, and securely packed before dispatch.
  • Log and receive all Return-to-Sender (RTS) parcels, verify contents, and update the RTS logbook accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and fulfillment area at all times.
  • Report any issues with packaging materials, inventory discrepancies, or product handling irregularities.
  • Monitor and notify the team when packing supplies (e.g., pouches, tapes, boxes) are running low to avoid operational delays.

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday

Monthly Salary: 16,000
